It wasn’t me who gave her son a small cup of coffee this morning, Carmel Macchiato to be exact.

It wasn’t me who was too tired to dress or diaper him all last week, so he played naked all day.

It wasn’t me who told him that  Jolly Rancher candy was medicine, and only for mommy.

In your defense, a Caramel Macchiato is the ONE drink at Starbucks with the lowest amount of calories, sugar, etc. I can’t vouch for the caffine, but at least he isn’t boucing off the walls due to sugar.

My stepson loves the babycinos! Whipped cream and caramel in an espresso cup. Personally, that is my favorite part too!

That poster is epic — totally suitable for Bad Mommy Monday!

What do Jolly Ranchers treat? Are they similar to those little dove promises chocolates? I pop one of those in my mouth, and within five seconds I feel much happier. ;)

I’ve been eating the Jolly Ranchers when I feel queezy- it has helped, a lot!

I loved the sour Jolly Ranchers for nausea. That and ginger, in any form. I scoffed at first, but ginger tea, ginger ale, chewing ginger root (well, maybe not that…) was all terrific.

It wasn’t me who put After Bite (alcohol, essentially) on the baby’s bug bite, then watched her cry and scratch it raw since it apparently did not help the itch and instead stung terribly–then slathered Calamine lotion on it and pretended to the husband that I didn’t know why that one bug bite was so irritated and I certainly hadn’t done anything to cause it.

Jasmine Brown and Sadie Perkins have been friends for several years. They are both graduates of John Brown University. They both were born in September, love chocolate, coffee, swearing, and loving on their babies. While they share many commanilites- they are from two different worlds. Sadie, a New Mexico native, grew up in a blended family, while Jasmine, an Oklahoman, grew up with a single parent. Jasmine and Sadie are passionate about being mothers, in different way.  Sadie is the mother of The Norah. Norah is a bright one year old who can clear the room with her vocal stylings.  Sadie swears she can only get pregnant with girls- lest she have to deal with a booger eating boy! Isaiah is Jasmine’s son. He is two years old. He is nicknamed “Toad” because he tends to be well…. toady. Jasmine thinks she is only cut out to mother boys… because, well, she is a Tom Boy herself.
